JEEN is Jess O’Brien a singer songwriter from Canada and was only recently brought to my attention due to her cover of Fairytale of New York being included in The Von Pip Christmas Podcast 2020. This is her fourth album as JEEN and was released back in October and she has also been a member of Cookie Duster with Brendan Canning formally of Broken Social Scene. The LP is Top Pop Rock n’ Roll and could have had a track in both TOP POP 2020 TOP 50 and Top Rock ‘n roll 2020 Top 66
